Required Documents for Foundation 1

1. A printed copy of your application.
2. 12 recent personal photos (4x6). Student's name should be printed on every photo.
3. An original copy of the child’s watermarked birth certificate. (شهادة ميلاد بالعلامة المائية)
4. A copy of the mother's and father's ID.
5. A copy of the father's and the mother's university graduate certificates.

*Applications will not be considered in case of any missing documents.
