Access Arrangement Application:
Candidates who have permanent disabilities, learning difficulties, or who suffer from medical conditions that affect performance at the time of the examinations can apply in advance for an Access Arrangement.
Access arrangements allow candidates with substantial and long-term disabilities access to the examinations including:
- Extra time allowance
- Provision of specially-adapted papers
- Assistance with reading or writing
Candidates who wish to submit requests for Access Arrangements should fill Cambridge Access Arrangements form 1(attached) and send it back
to school at brs@gse-schools.com with “Access Arrangement – October/November 2019” in the email subject line by Saturday 29th June 2019.
Full name of the student and the subject to which the candidate will be sitting for its exam, must be written in the body of the message.
Modified Question paper Application:
Candidates with visual perception difficulties can apply for Modified Question paper.
Candidates who wish to submit requests for Modified Question paper should fill Cambridge Modified Papers form 3 (attached) and send it back to
school at brs@gse-schools.com with “Modified Question paper – October/November 2019” in the email subject line by Saturday 29th June 2019.
Full name of the student and the syllabus to which the candidate will be sitting for its exam must be written in the body of the message.
Special Consideration Applications:
Candidates who are disadvantaged and affected on the day of the examination due to unexpected circumstances, are entitled to apply for special consideration. Examples of special consideration eligibility may be:
- Recent personal illness
- Accident
- Death in the family
- Serious disturbances during the examination
Applications for special consideration must be submitted by filling Cambridge special consideration form 7 (attached) and sending it back to school
at brs@gse-schools.com with “Access Arrangement / Special Consideration Application – October/November 2019” in the email subject line.
Full name of the student and the syllabus to which the candidate will be sitting for its exam must be written in the body of the message.
The following documents are required for any of the above applications:
- An original medical report in English explaining the case and the required assistance.
- The report should be recent, authentic, dated, signed, and stamped.
