Dear Foundation Parents,
Greetings to you all!
It is our pleasure to welcome you to the new academic year 2019/2020. We hope you have all had a great holiday time full of relaxation, reflection and recreation, each of which is so important for your body and soul.
As we strongly believe in the importance of building effective parent-school partnership between parents and all members of our staff, we invite you and encourage you to join our Foundation Orientation-day on Thursday, September 5th, 2019.
Foundation 1 parents, on that day, will head first to their children's classes1, at 9:00 a.m. to meet the teachers, and hand them the required supplies2. Then, parents will head to the school theatre from 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. for a short welcome note from the School Director followed by a presentation by the Foundation Principal. Children will not come on that day.
Foundation 2 parents, will be expected to arrive and head directly to their children’s classes3 at 10:00 a.m.to meet the teachers, hand them the required supplies4, and learn about a typical Foundation 2 day in class, the curriculum and their expectations. This will be presented by the teachers themselves. Children will not come on that Day.
First School Day:
Foundation 1 will start on Saturday (My Child and I Family Day)5, September 7th, 2019.
(No buses are available for F1 students on that day, buses will be available starting Monday, September 9th.)
Foundation 2 will start on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019.
You are kindly requested to visit the school website6 frequently for any updates.
