Gate late pick-up policy

Dear BRS Parents,

Please be noted that the school dismissal time is 2:40 PM. The school’s administration urges all parents to pick up their children on time at the gate. This is for students’ safety and good health, especially as the day became shorter and the weather colder. The school does not provide any after school babysitting services. However, we do allow a free-of-charge 20 minute grace period ( until 3:00 p.m.) for any traffic jams on the road.

In support of working parents who cannot pick their children on time, the school is glad to  provide a matron from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (at the latest) for a  30 L.E.  Parents who will fail to pick up their children by 3:00 p.m. sharp will pay 30 L.E. per child for this service. The fee will be paid on a daily basis at the gate to the matron in charge.

The after school gate service will provide a matron to watch over the children as they play in the Foundation playground area. In case of rough weather all children will be directed to the reception area to sit and wait for their parents to come and pick them up. Please be noted that no exceptions or exemptions, regarding the 30 LE. fee, will be made or negotiated with the school administration. For any delays after 4:00 p.m. please note that your child will be left with no supervision with the security.
